Behind the Scenes Photoblog with Aria Lee
Finding amazing places to shoot in Los Angeles in our world isn’t as easy as you’d think. So when Holly found this incredible warehouse with grindhouse-esque sets, we had to take advantage and quickly. I was lucky enough to have Holly let me art direct so as a lover of all things girl power and spooky, I opted for a girl kicking ass-Halloween-vibe. These sets had a super creepy feel to them. The first look was a post-apocalyptic inspired spin on the girl-warrior, hidden away in a bunker, keeping zombies and other enemies at bay. The second, a Valley of the Dolls-inspired character driven to murder a man on the prowl who’d been breaking into womens’ homes in attempt to take their lives. It was so much fun to be part of such a cinematic shoot! Here are some behind the scenes photos I snapped on set to give you a sneak peek into what’s to come from Holly’s amazing stills and video coming to www.hollyrandall.com for October. We hope you enjoy them!
Cheers,
Eva
